I got this cuff for left forearm sore muscles that are always achy. This cuff no onlyl helps compress and alleviate the soreness to help stabilize but also make working various routines enjoyable again. Highly recommend.

Was having elbow troubles for a few months, taking it easy in the gym to see if it would resolve. It didn’t for this 55y/o so bit the bullet and picked up a sleeve and started to get after it in the gym again. Elbow instantly felt better for bench, pull ups, dips, deadlift and all the things so I could continue to go heavy and make gains. Three more months later and the elbow continues to improve. Highly recommend for working around injuries… sizing chart was spot on.
