Bought this for total knee replacement. Worked beautifully. I really liked the fact that they had different sizes for the knee pad. And, I can purchase pads for other body parts. The machine is super quiet. I bought the bags to hold ice, but didn’t use them. Small bottles of Garorade worked great in there. Keep 4 in the unit and 4 in the freezer. Other family members have used and loved this machine.

Timely delivery and easy setup. Connection leaks if the hose is not on the same plane as the cold pack connection.

Received polar ice machine 2 days after my knee surgery and immediately set up and started using it. Just the right amount of coldness to the knee area.
