Top Notch Customer Service

I recently ordered a Kodiak Polar Care unit and a back pad. I ordered and received the wrong back pad, as the Kodiak unit requires a different hose coupler. I called the next day and spoke with a gentleman at My Cold Therapy about it. He had a very helpful response, and I was very pleased with his resolution of the problem. I received the correct back pad 2 days after speaking with him! I definitely got the impression that he and his company care about customer service, as I received wonderful service and attitude from this man. The products I received from them are of very high quality and perform very well. I am a very highly satisfied customer.
