Toilet Safety Rail (350lb)

I love the product, but the hardware as delivered and described in the assembly directions do not match. It was fairly obvious what needed to go where, but the box and printed paper were pretty useless.

This is probably the best thing that I bought for my wife. She has no problem with getting up now. Before, it was really hard to get up and keep her balance. I even like it.

It was delivered in about 4 days, counting the day I ordered it. It was very easy to put together, & is very durable. I love the fact that with a little adjustment you can fold it up & is easy to transport. This is my first product I have gotten from you, but it will not be the last.
