I had an older model of this machine from a shoulder surgery 11 years ago. It has been used through another shoulder surgery and a knee replacement surgery (both another family members) and 2 1/2 days after having foot surgery, it finally have up. I will never be without this machine because it works so well at helping reduce the inflammation without the use of medications, I immediately ordered a new one to replace the old one. Thankful to have this machine to help me heal from this foot surgery. The machine is so easy to use, add water and ice (ice bags from same company saves $$ and time), attach wrap and sit back and rest. Just unplug and leave wrap on if not getting up anytime soon and plug back in when ready to ice some more. Ice bags will last for about 1-2 hours before needing to replace. I recommend this machine to anyone who has upcoming surgeries. Ordering from this company is so easy and affordable.
