I am 64 and ordered the Hip Replacement Pad due to chronic hip pain as well as the normal aches that come with a hip replacement. I received the Cube following shoulder surgery and it provided excellent relief of the soreness from that procedure. The Hip Pad encompasses my hip and just below it, ensuring complete coverage (and I am no longer a skinny guy). My wife also uses the system after we have game for a long walk or been working in the yard all day. I highly recommend the Hip Pad whether you have chronic pain or want to use it for the general aches and pains of getting older.

Excellent website and GREAT customer service

Personal and prompt service! I easily found the item I needed on the Cold Therapy Machines website. Including shipping charges, their price was best, so I ordered it online in the wee hours of Monday morning. When I realized that I made a typo in the delivery address, I emailed customer service asking for a call first thing Monday morning. Within 5 minutes after their opening time on Monday, I received a phone call from a real person who quickly corrected my mistake. I received the item Tuesday morning! What a wonderful example of a great website, easy ordering process, GREAT customer service, and prompt processing of orders. I only wish more companies acted this way.

Unable to review at this time….knee surgery is scheduled 3/23, so haven’t used it yet. Have the machine from past surgery on shoulder & it worked well for the discomfort & swelling. I’m sure the knee one will be easier to put on myself.
