Using Bregg Machine for TKR

I am thankful to have a cold therapy machine for after TKR surgery. I have both the large and the regular size pads. Neither closes correctly and all around, it leaves gaps. My leg was very cold underneath, but not much on top of the knee area where I would like to feel the cold. The videos show that the pad fits rather tightly and with the connector facing down the leg, I don't know how you get to stay that way, mine does not. It leaves a large gap and the connector on the side. The machine works fine, I am not that crazy about how the pad raps around the area where you need the cold most.

Perfect for application following knee replacement surgery. It comes with ajustable velcro straps so it should fit just about anyone.
