Bought online from the company because I expected quick service. Now 4 days laster and according to the web tracking, it has not left their facility. I called their support line. No person answered, it asked me to leave a message, which I did, asking for a call back. Of course, Still waiting....

Well worth it

Easy to order, fast delivery, and appreciated communication. Bought both ankle pads (one for my ankle surgery and one for my spouses; we had them 2 weeks apart). Both worked well. Would have given 5 stars but mine developed a tiny leak after 4 weeks.

Sufficient

I’ve used it almost a dozen times. It doesn’t quite hit me with the cold therapy I desire as the manufacturer states DO NOT place it directly on your skin. With that said, it’s not as effective for me but I do feel the cold water surging through the pad and that is nice. Just not enough of an impact for me. But this is a customer by customer based opinion.
