While I never got to use the Breg Cube it was through no fault of the company. They were wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to make it right. I would 100% order from them again.

Going through knee replacement surgery is hard enough without trying to continuously try to fit ice packs just right. This system was designed for exactly what you need to keep the knee cold evenly on the knee. A definite “Must Have” after surgery! And one of the best things is you just put it back in the box for future needs. Worth every penny!

So glad I got the X-Large pad with the cube. I’m using it now for my new knee and next year I’ll be able to use it for my hip. Using frozen water bottles with some ice works fantastically. Stays cold for almost 8hours. Be sure to clean it as described in video. I didn’t do it with my first knee replacement and my first ice machine got moldy. Customer service was great answering my questions.
