I invested in the Cold Therapy machine to use after my total knee replacement. It arrived quickly, and was easy to assemble. I am in my third week post-op and am still using it on a regular basis. I keep it next to the sofa where I use it. It is simple to strap around my knee area, and offers much needed comfort. It's better than other cold blocks or frozen vegetable bags - it stays in place, no drips, no sliding around. It also covers a larger area, wrapping around the entire knee. It's remarkably convenient: after I un-peel the straps, I just place the pad over the machine, and it drains efficiently, ready for the next use. It made my life a lot easier and more comfortable, and I enthusiastically recommend it to all my friends. I would consider purchasing the ice bags Bregg offers to use instead of ice cubes. You will be happy you have this in your arsenal of post-op aids.

Exceptional device.

I have used the Polar Care Wave since it was delivered about a week ago. It is great. Easy to use. It is a positive upgrade over the old ice therapy machines I have used in the past. The compression feature feels so good. I am impressed. My knee is improving!
