Delish!
The ribs were delicious and tender. Smoked them slow and low for 6 hours. Used my homemade chipotle honey bourbon sauce on them and of course there were none left at the end of our party!! Fabulous!!

Delicious!
We just had every delicious bite of them tonight. I start by seasoning them with a BBQ dry rub then cook them on indirect heat at 300-325. Finished with a coat of our favorite sauce, the allowed to rest a few minutes. They were fall off the bone delicious!

Great Ribs
Tried the ribs for a BBQ dinner and loved them. I definitely will buy them again. I do wish they were packaged individually for smaller serving however. We did separate the (2) racks and saved one for another time.
