Creatine

It is tasteless so can be mixed in just plain water. I put it in water with the aminos. Works great. As I own and work a small farm, I need all the energy that I can get.

Really like this creatine. It’s my first time using creatine so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I have a very sensitive stomach. That’s why I put off using it for so long. I have no issues with this brand so far definitely feel the difference when I’m not using it so that tells me it’s working. But I still have a noticeable energy spike and endurance on the days that I’m getting it consistently.

Initially I took the creatine for muscle growth and maintenance as I have aged and being a woman. But I can also tell when I take it during the day, I am better focused and more energetic. I can tell it helps with more than just muscle growth/maintenance. Great age supplement to always take.
