Kion (capsules)…
I’ve noticed since taking the one serving (seven capsules) per day has given me increased energy especially walking. There are an extremely easy capsule to swallow.

A convenient way to get more aminos
I love taking the amino powder, but my goal is to consume at least 3 servings a day. I can realistically only drink so many of them! The capsules help me consume more aminos without having to make it a drink.
