Low Carb Classic Cheddar Mac & Cheese

Tastes great, got full on half the amount i usually do and wasnt hungry all day. For those complaining about the taste, I think you should adjust your expectations. The noodles taste great and the sauce really hides an miminal texture issues. I added some garlic butter, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, italian seasoning, a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese and it turned out great. Will buy again once I run out, you cant beat these macros.

For me personally this was not great. The pasta texture was as expected for a noce high protien choice, its the cheese flavor that was a miss for me. Giving three stars for the attempt. I will cook the pasta with a nice red sauce for my remaing boxes ans be hally

Great texture and flavor. Make it according to directions. Add tuna, onions etc... for a cold "salad". Pleasantly surprised as most high protein pasta i do not like. Check it out. :)
