Low Carb Classic Cheddar Mac & Cheese

I’ve been looking for a Mac and Cheese for my diabetic husband. He loves Mac and Cheese but had to give it up because of the high carb count. Made the Classic Cheddar Mac for him last night. He kept asking me if I was sure he could have it, because it tasted too good to be low carb! Needless to say, definitely a hit and I will be ordering more!

I ordered several varieties, but I’ve only tried the classic cheddar mac & cheese so far. Absolutely delicious! I am so happy!

Quality Product

We felt the sauce was a little thin and the macaroni slightly tough. Both are easily rectifiable by changing preparation. It tastes good, calories and macros are on point, and it was very satisfying. Overall a good substitute for the blue box version. Pricing is a bit too high but the product is good.
