Second times a charm

So I’m going to be honest here. My first attempt was just ok. The reason? I didn’t follow the directions. Second attempt, following the directions to once finished, to drain and rinse. I hadn’t rinsed my pasta for 30 years. The difference in the end result was amazing! Delicious, high protein, low carb was so satisfying! I’m thrilled with this product. I also used the pasta water for the sauce. Made a beautiful sauce and again, very flavorful. Thank you!

The texture takes a bit getting used to but it's very close to regular pasta. I enjoy the taste and the benefits of getting extra protein and fiber.

Fusilli falling apart

Hi, when I cook the fusilli pasta and I noticed that it fell apart while boiling. I followed the instructions. I will try the other ziti pasta and see what happens. I will not buy the fusilli again. Sorry?
