Perfect for days when I don't have time for breakfast, or for an afternoon slump. These microwave muffins scratch the sweet tooth but don't spike my blood sugar. Protein keeps me full for a while. I split the flavors with my spouse and will re-order the ones I like to keep at work.

I love these muffins. They’re tasty way to get nice hot savory protein instead of drinking on mass protein shakes. It’s nice to be able to eat protein that taste good. It is very filling. These are my go to every morning for breakfast. I wish there was a maple flavored. I would buy that or brown sugar cinnamon that would be delicious as well
