Really surprised!
When it comes to specialty foods for health/diet/etc. . . , my bar is usually very low. I'm rarely impressed and more often than not, I take 1 bite and toss it. Imagine my surprise when, after taking a small bite, I decided I needed a 2nd larger bite to be sure my taste buds weren't fooling me! These bars are delicious! A treat even! I've tried several different flavors now and they are all good! It's kind of like eating a homemade marshmallow. A really pleasant chew- not chalky or gritty. I am so glad I tried a sample at Costco. These are a permanent pantry item!!

Brownie replacement
