I really appreciate that this is grown without human interference and harvested with methods that retain the complexity of nutrients but it's been hard to tolerate the taste of the Rainforest Activated Magnesium. I tried mixing the Rainforest Activated Magnesium powder into several foods and found the taste really bad. I contacted customer support and they recommended mixing it into yogurt. I can tolerate a little less than half a serving this way. I do feel a positive difference with both sleep and digestion so I am going to keep using it. The spray is great and easy to use, taste is fine. Still figuring out what I could mix the reds into....
