I have slow motility and bought the Motility/reflux supplement. While I loved the reflux (made me feel “good”), motility did nothing to help me. It took 7 years for a diagnosis but I am 3 years into my Celiac lifestyle... It has been a battle trying to get back to the "old me". I do very regular blood panels to monitor levels of vitamins, minerals etc. I was SEVERELY low in vitamins D, and B12, my folate was low as well as my iron.
