Weighted Eye Mask

I have never been one for eye masks, but trying this one out has made a great improvement to my sleep. I track my sleep score and it has significantly gone up since wearing this mask. It truly does have a calming effect with the weight in the mask.

I like this mask a lot. It’s comfortable for the most part, much more so than any ither traditional eye mask. I just wish it had a little more stretch. It feels really tight and not a lot of give. Maybe it will stretch over time.

Hard to wear, like any sleep mask, for a CPAP user :( But the couple times I have used it was great. The weight was a nice addition to a sleep mask.
