Night cramps are gone!!

I’ve tried different ways to get rid of middle of the night leg/foot cramps. I am so happy I decided to try BUOY- since I now belong to the No Night Cramps Club. I now can sleep through the night comfortably. I plan on continuing to use BUOY to avoid night cramps and for rehydrating during & after biking and gym workouts. Thanks BUOY!
