Cortado Perfection

I’m an oat cortado guy. Daily. Tend to lean to Ethiopian coffees. This one (Kenyan) works great and nail it for me. Flavorful, rich, just hits the spot. For the obsessives, my setup: Breville Barista Pro Grinder (settings inner burr 3, outer 9, 18g), Breville Infuser. I tend to pull a 50-53g shot!

Great daily coffee!

Great coffee for a daily latte. Enough body to cut through the milk but also enough depth to make me excited to drink it every morning

Solid and robudst texture

While it clearly has a vibrant acidity, it also offers a solid backbone, robust texture, and a satisfying body. It felt somewhat distinct from the floral, delicate impression typically associated with standard light roasts.
