Morning coffee perfection

I think these beans are a morning coffee perfection. Especially this time of year when the mornings start to finally cool off but the day temps still get spicy this light roast has been a balm.

I don't want to knock this coffee too much because its exactly as advirtised. If you are looking for a very traditional flavor profile this is for you. If you love Perc's more unique offerings and want something a bit milder look elsewhere. This coffee is as traditional a medium roast as you can get.

PERC Up Great Roast

I recently received this from Trade Coffee through my subscription. This has been probably my favorite selection so far. Light roast but still a great flavor profile, low acidity, easy on the pallet, no bitterness, just a really smooth drinking coffee.
