Chocolate covered strawberries
This was so good. Perfect balance of berries, deep cocoa flavor, and that pleasant natural funk that comes with some naturals. This one was easy to dial in and the profile was fun to experience as it changed over a few weeks of brewing. Hario V60, 200 f, medium fine grind.

Excellent flavor, love the smell of it brewing. I may make this a coffee to have on hand at all times it is that good

Alma always delivers!
Delicious as always. Nice and fruity but not overly acidic. Great as espresso, aerocanos, and lattes.
