They were delicious. Dredged in spice and cornmeal, and then pan-fried. So good! Ray had a Coke. I had a 7-Up with limes. What a powerful combination. I kind of like the 7-Up with limes. It cuts any fishy taste that may be there. The only complaint is cost. They were wildly expensive.
