Unfortunately the veal was very fatty and extremely tough after cooking as instructed. I have tried many other products and they were great.

Veal Oso Buco - Cooked.

Excellent. Did not find a "How to prepare," in the shipment. I may have missed it. Not printed on meat pack either. Not to worry. It is explicit on the advertisement via recipe on Google search for the product. Yum! Yum!

Demi Glazed Osso Buco at it’s finest

OMG! The Veal Osso Buco was SOOO delicious! We had friends over for New Years Eve and I told them they were my guini pigs. Everyone was so pleased with the flavor, tenderness and I was so happy with the ease of preparing it.
