I waited for this beauty to come back in stock for 18 months. As soon as I got the long anticipated email that it was back in stock, I immediately purchased it. It shipped surprisingly quick, and the NutriMill introduction video on YouTube was incredibly helpful getting it set up. I thought there was gonna be a huge learning curve with using it, but compared to dialing in my espresso machine, this was pretty easy! I bought organic hard white wheat berries from Ancient Grains. I will eventually venture out, but I wanted to start with one grain and get comfortable with using the machine first. I made buttermilk protein waffles this morning with the fresh milled flour, opposed to all-purpose, and although it will take a little bit more dialing in, they turned out pretty good! I’m extremely happy with this purchase. I plan on eventually modifying all my recipes to have fresh milled flour when possible. I bought Sue Becker’s fresh milled flour book on Amazon. Can’t wait to embark on this journey!

I haven’t been able to use it yet. I ordered wheat berries from Azure Standard but my order won’t get here until end of June. I am excited to try it though. I waited a long time to get it and I am sure it will get a lot of use.
