Iris Hantverk Banneton Brush

A wonderful tool for dusting flour and wiping out bannetons.

This small brush clears the semolina I use to line my baskets nicely. I make sure to use it very gently on the wood pulp.

Great brush, but awkward to use - should really have a handle. it keeps popping out of my hand!
