They add enjoyment to the bread making and from what I’ve seen my starter rises better than when I was using plastic or just the normal top of the lid, which is a plus since my house is cold.

Just received in the mail yesterday. Very impressed so far. Well made. Beautiful fabric. Now hope this preserves my sour dough for a longer period of time.

I'm using my bowl cover for the 1st time. It is well made & perfectly covers my banneton. I'm looking forward to using it every week when I make sourdough.
