Sausages were amazing only thing was that after 1 week in the frig one if the oacks got super swollen as if we're about to pop open. Google said that it was unedible and should be discarded. That was a shame because they were not cheap but very delicious

First off the sausages are amazing, packed with flavor and the snap on the casing is unbelievable. follow the instructions on the cook and ice bath. second, This whole process from ordering to receiving is easy fast and delicious.
