The Absolute Best

The Pitmaster box xl is the way to go when you want to introduce your friends to some top notch quality sausages. Those jalapeno cheddar sausages are by far the best that I've grilled up and tasted. The cheese just oozes out when you bite into them and that 'snap' lets you kn0w just how fresh they are. I grilled six of those, the Texas twinkies, and philly cheesteaks, along with some smoked st. louis style spare ribs, and the sausages were neck and neck with the ribs for the folks devouring them. i hope you guys add the bacon cheddar sausage to this box as well. great job again, guys and be on the look out to seeing me purchase another box before the month is out.

Overall a very good product

So far I’ve tried the Jalapeño Cheddar and the Philly Cheesesteak sausages. The Jalapeño Cheddar was honestly one of the best sausages I’ve ever had — great flavor with just the right amount of heat and cheese. The Philly Cheesesteak had really good flavor too, but unfortunately I kept running into large pieces of cartilage that I had to spit out, which made it hard to enjoy. The casing was also extremely tough and difficult to bite through, especially when using it on a sandwich. Overall, the flavor profiles are excellent, so I’m hoping I may have just gotten a bad batch of the Philly Cheesesteak. I’d definitely still try other varieties based on how good the Jalapeño Cheddar was.
