Excellent switchover for smaller homemade sourdough sandwich loaves. Helps overcome the floppy rise I sometimes have with imperfect breadproofing and high hydration. Not to be overpacked with over 500g of dough.

Very nice heavy loaf pans
Very nice bread pans. They baked up some very nice sourdough bread (800 gr) on the first try with no sticking. Looking forward to many years of baking with these.
