Advanced Antioxidants

One of my favourite Blueprint supplements.

I love that lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene, and astaxanthin are all combined into one capsule. This supplement has been a repeat purchase since my second order. The capsule delivery is with MCT oil and there are no unnecessary fillers. This is important for me, as I have food sensitivities that can be quite extreme. So far, all the Blueprint products I have tried have been high quality.

The red pill

I love the deep red color of this pill, really speaks to the quality of the ingredients. When I take this supplement, I feel like I’m giving my body the extra nutrients it needs to perform its best.

Trust in the ingredients

Hi, this review is really meant for all products available on Blueprint. My most important factor is that the supplements are rigorously tested and that I can trust what it says on the bottle. As long as that's the case, I will keep giving 5 stars. In the past, Bryan often talked about many products being shoddy or deceitful and how testing was important. But lately I haven't heard any mention of it. It would be nice to hear again that testing is continuing and that there's no slippage in quality.
