Solid All-Rounder

Spends most of its time at a backcountry yurt kitchen where it's treated relatively roughly, and the rest of the time in my traveling prep-cook kit. Has stood up to the punishment with style. Held an edge all winter (which was the goal behind splurging for SG2), and is stiff enough that I've never worried about torquing it in hard veg. More on the workhorse end of the knife spectrum, in my opinion, but still quite slice-y.

Performs very well

This knife feels very comfortable to use and has become one of my favorites for daily use.
