Greatness.

Wow. I am overwhelmed by this beautiful knife. It's overall quality is pure perfection. Truly razor sharp, balanced with a beautiful handle. Comfortable in the hand. I tested my new knife on large carrots, a russet potato and last, the ultimate test, the tomato. Carrots and potato were easy. The tomato? I just held the knife and put the blade on the tomato. Applied NO pressure. The weight of the blade did the work. Perfect slices. This Bunka is now my everyday, basically all purpose knife. Delivery was lightning quick. All in all, a good experience wit Cutlery and More. Well done.....and I am a very happy camper.
