What a GREAT flavor boost! Throw a spoonful into soup and sauces and it really adds this richness as if you'd spent all day at the stove. Even my mother, who is a terrible cook, can make a pretty impressive dish with this!

This is fabulous stuff
This is the first time to use this product and it is wonderful. The added depth to my quiche was wonderful Have started using it in many dishes.
