Delicious!
I first found out about a "shawarma" spice in a Hello Fresh meal. I loved the flavor but wanted to make it on my own. I found this blend at Gneiss Spice and it is perfect for the meal! Thus rub is exactly the tasty blend of flavors to really compliment the recipe.
