Will def buy more!
Exactly what I expected! I love to sprinkle this on nachos, quesadillas, Mexican rice, beans, etc. It gives a nice zing. I bet it would also be great on the rim of a margarita glass.

I live in a rural area, where access to some of my favorite foods (middle eastern cuisine, north and west African food, Caribbean-Latin) is limited; so, I make a lot of it myself. COVID has added another level of difficulty to getting ingredients. I usually order spices through Penzy’s, because I want to support a big business that speaks up politically. With COVID, I felt it was more important to support local businesses. I have loved my experience with Gneiss Spice! They had everything I was looking for and more! I love that stuff comes in compostable packaging. And the quality is great!

Depth of flavor
My first time trying lime peel powder. It's more bitter than I thought, but adds a really great depth and complexity of flavor to soups, especially. I don't know that I'll keep it stocked year-round, but will during soup season!
