I use for refreshing ice tea, I mix black tea, hibiscus, and elderberry and honey, I prefer sweet not tart! A friend of mine was drinking at least 3 Arizona raspberry teas a day, do as an alternative I make this for him with only 1 teaspoon of honey he prefers tart example he likes cranberry juice lol
