A reusable hot or cold pack with a proprietary formula that molds comfortably to the area of use. For warmth, microwave for about 40 seconds. For cooling, chill on the top shelf of the refrigerator.

Great product overall. Easily the best calf and hamstring stretching tool I’ve ever used and great so far for preventing plantar fasciitis flare ups. A little pricey compared to other similar products on the market, but it will easily justify the cost with effectiveness, presuming it proves as durable as it appears to be.
