Game changer! I’m incredibly impressed at how well this tool worked for me. After wrestling practice my lower back was slightly sore. By the time I fully cooled down, I could barely stand upright because of my lower back pain. I used the hip hook for 90 seconds on each side and the pain greatly subsided. Now i use the hip hook and orbit ball twice a day.

It does what it promises to do. My dramatic pelvic tilt is noticeably less after using it one time. I slept on my stomach all night and without pain for the first time in years. This feels like a game changer. Thank you!!!
