Seeing as I’ve now entered my senior years, I wanted something to help monitor what’s going on inside of me more… The Hume Band seems like it might fit the bill, I’m not crazy, nor interested in their upgraded “Hume Plus”, I already paid $200+ and they just have to try and squeeze more out of you… So far, it’s providing the info I was looking for, if it’s as accurate as they claim… I’ll try and update this review as I get more time with it…

Im at day 5 so still in the baseline phase. So far, the data is in line with my ring and watch. Got the band 2.0 mainly for metabolic metrics. We shall see how it measures up. The battery in the first 5 days is declining more than what was advertised; 95% to dead in 5 days. Im hoping that its just an anomaly but will be monitoring it after it comes off the charger.

I wasn’t really sure about the Hume Health band or home pod even after researching. I have had both the band and pod for a week. I love it so far. Here’s why- charged it for two hours initially-7days later- 40%battery left. Easy setup with iphone and app then blutooth connection. Everyday I’ve learned something about myself from the band/pod and the information it has collected/reported back to me. The band is comfortable but not going to last very long with the extreme measures I put it through daily. Ordering some additional bands today. I have worn a ring similar to the hume band on my finger for a year and a half. One of the two main rings on market. Charging it every 3 days wasnt on my card. Also did not include BP reading. So far I like these two products and have also committed/elected to the annual upgraded subscription(not manditory) with Hume Health.
