Unbelievably tender, juicy, delicious. I seared them with cinammon instead of salt. I rarely eat meat. I've been a vegan for years. But after seeing your ad about your beautuful ranch, awesome registered black angus, and you do own processing, I decided to try some of your filet mignon. Pleasantly surprised with the medallion cut. Perfect size for me , ( once again ) absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again !!!!!

As always, the steaks were shipped and received in two days. The last order arrived the week most of the country, including us, was experiencing 100* heat. The steaks arrived frozen solid and there was style a big chunk of dry ice left. The packaging was well thought out. Thank you for the outstanding steaks plus an additional surprise medallion steak. You know that customer service makes or breaks any company that sells their merchandise to the public. 44 Farms exceeds expectations.
