USDA Choice Filet Medallions

These are so handy when family "drops by" knowing you are going to cook. Lucky for me, they clean up. I have yet to try these in a salad. Should work.

Very tender, you can use a regular table knife. I recommend 100%. They arrive fast and frozen.

Excellent quality and wonderful seasoning! Changed to 44 and will continue to order. Stopped using Riverbend Ranch as supplier. 44 is my new beef supplier!!
