USDA Choice Angus Filet Mignon

I bought these for my partner for father's day expecting the steaks to be off the chain. I ordered 4 filets which were all evenly cut. So I had one medium rare steak and 3 well done. I was very disappointed especially for the money I paid

I ordered these steaks for my family of four in upstate New York as they don't have a large income and eating out has become more and more costly. So I thought they would welcome a treat for one of their birthdays. I received voluminous thanks! Best steaks ever, they said. Tender, without any fat or gristle. Melt in the mouth. Tasty. They were obviously thrilled with the steaks, so now I wish I'd also sent some to myself!
