Disappointed

Meat was tender but had grizzle throughout the steak. We ended up cutoff quite a bit of fat and grizzle. Not what we expected

As always these are top notch steaks. The value for this quality is next level

Steaks were sent 2-day delivery. These are terrific and we have enjoyed 2 of the 6 ordered. I will re-order when I get down to 2 steaks.
