USDA Prime Brisket

The shipping carrier either damaged or lost my first attempt for an order. I called 44 farms and spoke with customer service. It was a great experience as they were very easy to reach and talk to a real person. The representative was very nice and professional and helpful and after assessing the issue gave me the choice of a refund or to ship out another order which is what I chose. She said they would ship it out next day air the next Monday and I should receive my order by Tuesday or Wednesday. Well today is Wednesday and my order arrived safely and frozen cold. Cant wait to smoke it up. Plan to use some of it to make a batch for beef hash to freeze in portion sizes, the rest will be to feed some friends and family, then freeze any leftovers for future meals. So very a very satisfying experience. This is my 1st purchase from 44 farms as far as meat. I have recently purchased their beef tallow and a jar each of their salt/pepper blend and salt/pepper/black garlic blend. Love all three. Highly recommend 44 farms so far. Will update after I smoke the large full packer brisket. I plan to use the 44 farms beef tallow for the binder and season it with kosher salt, 18 mesh aground pepper, garlic powder and a touch of smoke paprika and ground espresso coffee and smoked with oak bisquettes. The brisket arrived almost perfectly trimmed already -- I spent 5 minutes trimming at most. End result was remarkable, with the fat perfectly rendered and the taste was phenomenal. I will definitely order all my briskets from 44 Farms in the future

I did a comparison between two of your briskets and two Creekstone competition briskets. In my opinion, the 44 Farms briskets did much better.
