I've purchased wheat berries from Barton Springs Mill for years and recently decided to store in bulk. The berries are great and I've never had an issue with pests etc. Recommend!

I’m so happy with the clean wheat berries from BSM! I use the Sonora as a soft white and delighted that it is an heirloom grain with great protein count. Rouge de Bordeaux is my first choice for a hard red wheat, again an heirloom grain. I love the performance in both sourdough and conventional baking.
