Bulk Whole Berries

Excellent!!

This is my second time purchasing these wheat berries (stardust) in bulk. I’ve been working with whole wheat flour for about 9 months and I’ve only purchased from BSM. I love it! Working with whole wheat has a bit of a learning curve but this wheat has been great. I have been using it to master 100% whole wheat sourdough sandwich and country loaves. I typically work with a soft white whole wheat for quick breads (Mediterranean has been my go to which has been so incredible in cookies. I recreated a loft house cookie recipe for Valentine’s Day with it and they were phenomenal) I don’t have enough storage for bulk of both, Howe, so if I don’t have any, stardust still works well. It has a lovely flavor, it’s a nutty warm flavor that works so well with all the products I’ve made.

Bulk buying is convenient

Having a grinder and 35 gal storage buckets meant for grain storage makes bulk purchases practical. I can buy sufficient grain to last until the next harvest if need be and I can get different types of grain for different purposes. It works great for my family.

DIL loves her wheat berries

Great stuff. The sack was much tougher which is important with a large order. The taste is amazing.
