A Whole New Flour World!

I ordered 2 varieties of wheat berry and 1 of corn. I have already used up 1/2 of the wheat berries and I have to say store bought flour will never be the same!!!

Beautiful grains great company

The heirloom corn I received was beautiful clean and delicious. Love everything I get from Barton springs. It lends itself to corn bread muffins and polenta so far and I intend to continue to experiment. 😊

So Much Flavor

I purchased these corn kernels after taking a Nixta Brunch class. While I have not mastered the Nixta process, I have used the corn kernels in my mill to make corn bread. The depth of flavor is unreal. I will never go back to the cardboard box of corn meal again. My family could not get over what a difference the fresh milled corn made.
