This thing really is amazing. It is super smooth. It works great. Love the fact your low row and pull downs are 1:1 ratio. This is amazing. Love this machine. If i get the room i will buy another one to have 2 side by side.

Centerpiece of the Gym

I love my Adonis. Most people don’t need a full functional trainer, but it’s all in what you plan to do with it. For me, a single pulley was enough to address the exercises I wanted to do in my workouts. It’s sturdy, smooth and the maximum total weight is insane (400+lbs). I also love the ability to expand and add on to my Adonis (storage, etc). I assembled by myself and if I’m being honest, it got a little dicey at times. But this is heavy/quality gym equipment, so a little stress and strain was to be expected. The footprint is perfect in my home gym. Overall… 9. 8/10. Rep Fitness makes great equipment and I you’ll be happy with anything you buy from them. (I also bought the dip bar attachment and Pegasus for the Adonis, along with the open trap bar). Happy customer here.
