Top-tier functional trainer backed by incredible customer service The Equipment: Extremely well-designed, stable, and features ultra-smooth pulleys. After months of daily use with my sons, I can confidently say I prefer the Arcadia Max over the commercial trainers at our gym. Great functionality all around. The Customer Service: While assembling the trainer, I accidentally damaged a cable (entirely user error). I called REP to buy a replacement, but they immediately sent me a new cable free of charge and emailed me step-by-step repair instructions while we were still on the phone. The repair was straightforward, and we haven't looked back since. Five stars—great product from a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
